With over 26 years of experience, Rachael is passionate about the law and about representing the best interests of her clients. She has represented hundreds of corporations, small businesses, and individuals, bringing the depth of insight that comes from years of large law firm experience handling complex litigation.

Rachael earned her B.A. in International Studies from the University of St. Thomas in Houston in 1996, before going on to earn her J.D. from the University of Texas School of Law in 1999. She is licensed to practice law in both Texas and New York, and her broad-based training continues to inform her approach to complex, multi-jurisdictional matters.

Graduating from South Texas College of Law in December 2023, she quickly made her mark in the legal field by passing the bar exam in February 2024. With a sharp intellect and exceptional communication skills, Halie is adept at navigating complex legal landscapes and advocating effectively for her clients.

Beyond her professional endeavors, Halie finds joy in the simple pleasures of life. She cherishes spending quality time with her boyfriend, Taylor, and her beloved dog, Ryder. Whether it's traveling to new places or hanging out with friends, Halie approaches each moment with enthusiasm and a zest for life.

Audrey Bridges

Audrey Bridges brings extensive legal experience across a broad range of practice areas, including civil and commercial litigation, insurance defense, labor and employment, bankruptcy trusts, oil and gas matters, personal injury, defamation, special education, and governmental defense.

Her experience spans the full lifecycle of a case—from initial development and discovery through depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and trial before judges and juries. She has also assisted with appellate matters, post-judgment proceedings, and collection efforts.

Known for her attention to detail, Audrey enjoys digging into the complexities of a case and uncovering the “needle in the haystack” details that can make a meaningful difference. She brings a thorough, organized, and hands-on approach to supporting attorneys and clients throughout every stage of litigation.

Audrey graduated from Lone Star College, formerly known as North Harris Community College in 2007 with her Associates of Applied Sciences in Paralegal Studies. She has been a registered member of the State Bar of Texas - Paralegal Division since 2019. Audrey is also a Notary Public in the State of Texas.

Audrey gained treasured career experience in trial at the state and federal level in jurisdictions throughout the country as a Trial Consultant. One of her favorite parts about going to trial is the jury selection process. She is looking forward to expanding her horizons with probate cases.

Audrey has two thriving grown children, a loving fiancé, an iguana, a flurry of cats, a cherished dog, and a retired aunt on the home front. She enjoys new experiences, baking, spending time with close friends and family and traveling when the opportunity arises.

Kourtney Johnson

Kourtney Johnson serves as the Firm Operations & Intake Manager at Rolon Law Firm, where she oversees client intake, firm operations, and administrative processes that help ensure every client receives exceptional service from their very first interaction with the firm.

With a background in legal administration, operations management, human resources, finance, and client relations, Kourtney is passionate about creating efficient systems while delivering a welcoming, organized, and compassionate experience for clients navigating complex legal matters. She works closely with the attorneys and legal team to coordinate new client onboarding, streamline workflows, manage firm operations, and support the day-to-day functions that keep the practice running smoothly.

Known for her attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and commitment to excellent client service, Kourtney believes that clear communication and thoughtful processes help reduce stress for clients during difficult times. Whether she is assisting prospective clients, implementing new technology, or improving internal procedures, her goal is to make every interaction with Rolon Law Firm professional, responsive, and reassuring.

Outside of the office, Kourtney enjoys playing bingo, studying the Korean language, and curating travel experiences for herself and others. She is an avid traveler and live entertainment enthusiast who has attended events ranging from BTS concerts to the Olympics and FIFA World Cup. Whether exploring a new destination or planning the next adventure, Kourtney enjoys creating meaningful experiences and finding joy in life's unexpected moments.
