With a background in legal administration, operations management, human resources, finance, and client relations, Kourtney is passionate about creating efficient systems while delivering a welcoming, organized, and compassionate experience for clients navigating complex legal matters. She works closely with the attorneys and legal team to coordinate new client onboarding, streamline workflows, manage firm operations, and support the day-to-day functions that keep the practice running smoothly.
Known for her attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and commitment to excellent client service, Kourtney believes that clear communication and thoughtful processes help reduce stress for clients during difficult times. Whether she is assisting prospective clients, implementing new technology, or improving internal procedures, her goal is to make every interaction with Rolon Law Firm professional, responsive, and reassuring.
Outside of the office, Kourtney enjoys playing bingo, studying the Korean language, and curating travel experiences for herself and others. She is an avid traveler and live entertainment enthusiast who has attended events ranging from BTS concerts to the Olympics and FIFA World Cup. Whether exploring a new destination or planning the next adventure, Kourtney enjoys creating meaningful experiences and finding joy in life's unexpected moments.

Andriel earned her Juris Doctor from South Texas College of Law and her Bachelor of Arts in International Business from The University of Texas at San Antonio. Her legal training enhances her thorough, solutions-based approach with clients. Andriel's work philosophy is rooted in a genuine desire to help others. She is dedicated to identifying problems, implementing effective strategies, and providing efficient, mindful support tailored to each client's unique needs.
Born and raised in The Woodlands, Texas, Andriel is proud to call the area home. Outside of work, she's happiest making memories with her family, whether near home or traveling somewhere new.

Lisa Buckaloo began her legal career in 1989 as a VOE student from Conroe High School. Lisa began working part-time for Gina A. Price in 1989. She did not know it at the time but probate and estate planning would become her passion. In 2007, Lisa received her paralegal certification from Sam Houston State University. After spending over 30 years learning from Gina A. Price, Lisa gained invaluable experience in probate and estate planning law, Lisa brings a unique combination of compassion, insight and expertise to her work, making her an invaluable resource for our clients.
Lisa assists clients and comforts them during the probate process, and she does so with a smile and a gracious heart. She is also the mother of three grown sons, two daughters and is "Lilli" (grandmother) to three young grandchildren.
